The three-day trip to Bolivia’s Salar de Uyuni is a magical wonderland of geysers, desert and sparkling multi-coloured lagoons. Our jaws dropped at every turn. No-one is in sight aside from the odd 4×4 dotting the horizon. It takes the words ‘getting away from it all’ to beautiful, unseen heights. This photo is a sneak preview of next week’s three-part photo story on our trip into the Salar.

Uuuh, PLEASE tell about it soon. Just only 8 days to go, then I will be on my way to get there! Looking so much forward to it, yaiiii!

Great! You’ll have an amazing time! I’m publishing some stuff on Monday so be sure to check back then. in the meantime, I can recommend Cordillera Traveller as a good tour operator. Have fun!
I was in Bolivia about 10 years ago and I really loved it there. My only regret was not being able to make it to Salar de Uyuni. I hope to make it back to Bolivia soon and see the salt plain. Can’t wait to see you posts about it.
