Back in July, I received an email from Kate McCulley, better known as Adventurous Kate. She was replying to an email I’d sent, and in it she mentioned an event she and a group of other experienced bloggers were running in September. They were offering a group of new bloggers the chance to stay with them in a villa in Spain and pick their brains on everything blogging. It’s time for a round-up of our favourite travel blog posts this August. It’s been a hectic and awesome month. We started it in Chile and are ending it in Peru, after three weeks in Bolivia in-between. But amid all that, we did manage to keep up with our reading, and these are the favourites we found. We’re excited to say we’re hosting round #47 of Travel Photo Roulette! Thank you so much to 2away for choosing our photo of Pipa the smiling dog. We were completely blown away to win the 46th round of this brilliant contest. It was started by Jeremy over at Living the Dream almost 2 years ago as a way for travel bloggers to showcase their best photography. For each round a new theme is chosen, and independent travel bloggers are asked to submit their photos. Then a winner is chosen to host (and judge) the following round.
